Days 26 & 27 Quest to Health


Day 26: I didn’t do my yoga again. ugh…

Day 25: I did the cardio + core portion of my Fitness Routine.


Workout Breakdown:

Treadmill = Interval Training for 33 min. Includes, Couch to 5k = 10 min jog, as well as 5 min fast walk on the highest incline.

Core = All types of crunches 3 sets of 20 reps = 1,000 crunches and one 1 min plank.

100 Jumping Jacks

20 Floor Lunge Kicks

100 Butt Lifts

10 Push Ups

40 Booty Push

20 Full Body Squats


I made my Green Protein Drink today, and added kefir to it. It tastes great! I’ve noticed that I haven’t been eating very much. I can usually get by off of one shake a day and be totally cool. I don’t want it to be that way though! I really want to be able to eat more. Most girls probably don’t think that way, but I don’t focus on my figure as much as I do my health. I’ll work up to it in time. Has anyone else had this issue in relation to celiac disease?

Also, my workouts are getting easier. I jogged consistently today for 10 min, no problem. Gotta love it! I can also do more push ups and crunches than when I started. :)
