Bringing Awareness & Inspiration

Mission

My Gluten Free Quest is a personal blog with a specific mission: To bring awareness to sensitive issues about celiac disease and to inspire others by means of love, healthy real food, and tips for well-being.

My Gluten Free Quest is a resource for you to find helpful information. You can browse through my recipesworkoutsgoals, my favorite supplementsmotivation, and more.

Recipes

I make easy, healthy recipes which are all inspired by foods I make for myself and loved ones. I prefer to create dishes with organic, seasonal, and local whole foods. I have labeled each recipe clearly for convenience so that you may differentiate between specific diets & allergies. All of my recipes are gluten-free.

Journal

My journal, Quest To Health, is focused on bringing awareness to sensative issues about celiac disease and to make participating in discussions positive, easy and fun. Health & Fitness: Occasionally I do write about what I am eating and how it makes me feel as well as my current workouts. It may be detailed at times but only to give others the opportunity to notice their own symptoms and changes. This in turn may help you or a loved one when speaking with a healthcare professional. I enjoy to hear your feedback and personal stories as well, so please feel free to share! By doing so you will give others the chance to be inspired by your experiences.

If you would like to learn more about me and my journey with celiac disease you may do so by clicking here. You can also follow me on FacebookTwitter and Pinterest! I look forward to hearing from you and thank you for visiting my site! ♥
